Marina Revitalization Plans
Many exciting changes are planned to give the marina a “fresh new look”.
Here’s a brief summary of what’s in store for Loyalist Cove Marina:
- The “Crow’s Nest” Club House will be updated & expanded.
- The existing waterfront apartments have received a face-lift and will become available as private ownership condominiums in the future.
- A new row of waterfront condos is also planned for the southern shoreline.
- A new repair and storage facility will be constructed off-site.
- Additional boat slips will be added.
We are very excited about these plans and look forward to bringing our vision to life over the next few years.
